Although copyrights on the design and work remain with the artist, you have permission to freely use pictures of the design in your online and offline communication channels mentioning the artist, Hector Surco.
Physical copies of the design and art work are not permitted without the explicit permission in writing and crediting, of the artist. Permission may be solicited by e-mailing us at: hsurco.10@gmail.com. We are happy to consider any way we may be of service to you.
Please be aware that using our work without permission maybe liable to legal action that will be recovered from the perpetrator.
Hector Surco, and his company Surco Tapestry Art, may continue to use the design as part of exhibitions, articles and other promotions of Surco Tapestry Art, fully acknowledging the commissioner.
It is understood that commissioned designs and works of art will not be reproduced for sale to any third party without the explicit permission of, or at the explicit request of the commissioner in writing.
Please note that in case the commissioner wishes to sell, gift, give in inheritance, offer as collateral or in any way transfer the work of art to a new owner, these terms and conditions will be transferred to and apply to the new owner.

Hector Surco was born in Cusco, the capital city of the Incas, in 1986. Since he was a child, he has shown his passion for drawing and painting. Like many children growing up in Cusco, his grandmother showed him how to weave and create textile art
